Yes, you can request a 2-week free trial to our team. If you decide not to continue at the end of this period, no amount will be debited from your account.
Is there a minimum period of commitment?
Our subscription contracts start with a 12-month commitment and can be terminated at any time without charge. In addition, if you prefer to sign a multi-year contract, we have options for that.
What payment methods are available?
We will bill you annually and we currently accept payments by credit cards and bank transfer or SEPA direct debits for Custom plan customers.
What happens when I reach the limit of signed contracts?
When the threshold of signed contracts included in your plan is reached, you'll have to add storage by increments of 1 000 signed contracts in order to be able to create new contracts.
